Nothing is charged to start — every account begins with the same 14-day Pro trial, no card required, whichever plan you pick. Billing only begins if you choose to subscribe, during the trial or after. Manuscript and Pro subscriptions are then sold and processed securely by Polar, our Merchant of Record — so the charge on your card statement appears via Polar. You can cancel any time from your billing settings, or switch between Manuscript and Pro as your needs change. Model usage from your own AI key is billed separately by your provider, at cost, with no markup from us.
